This is a strange time, one that we could not have envisioned or planned for. Your brand’s relationship with your customers is perhaps more critical at this time than ever before.
Hitting the Ground Running
A phrase that many people are using is, “Hitting the ground running”. This translates into putting your business in the best place that it could possibly be when the lockdown restrictions begin to ease. A key part of this is keeping your presence out there, even if you are in a business that is unable to operate at the moment or what you can do is severely restricted.
Working ON Your Business
It’s a great opportunity to work ON your business, and as a copywriter and LinkedIn expert, I’m helping clients new and old to stay in the virtual limelight.
Just take a moment to reflect on the following:
o Would you like to write blogs that have more impact?
o You know you should have a blog, but don’t know where to start?
o Do you think your website content could be updated as it really isn’t illustrating your USPs and why people should be using you?
o Could you send out a newsletter to keep in touch with your clients?
o Are your profiles on the various social media platforms selling you and your products?
o Is your LinkedIn profile up to date? (If you have your own business – make sure it doesn’t read like a CV)
o Are you posting regularly on your social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram?
o Could you collect some case studies – clients describing situations where you have solved their problems?
o Why not interview your clients - happy clients will sing your praises?
o Could you collect some testimonials?
o Would you like to gain more leads from LinkedIn?
